COVIL INDIA is an upcoming Indo-French Private Sector Joint Venture between COVIL Ingénierie, Lissieu, France and Synchronous Project Engineering Consultancy, Kolkata ( formerly Calcutta ), West Bengal, India.

COVIL is presently collaborating with SPEC , as its Indian contractor, in the following arenas of Project Engineering to execute a varieties of Projects, Worldwide , for their Local, National & International clients with special emphasis for Projects in India. By the amalgamation of French Expertise with Indian Manpower resource we are providing our clients quality jobs of European Standard at a much cheaper Price.

Considering the substantial Industrial expansions in the Steel , Power & other sectors in India, especially the ISP- Expansion Project in Burnpur of IISCO-SAIL, various projects of Durgapur Steel Plant ( DSP ), TISCO and other Tata companies near Kolkata, we are presently augmenting our setup in Kolkata to render better Engineering support to the Indian and Foreign companies participating in those Projects.

Our Services :

Design and detailing of complete Automation including programming of PLC , HMI / MMI , SCADA, Design and Drawing of Electrical Power and Control circuits, cabinets and accessories for small and medium furnaces & heating equipments and related auxiliaries with input of basic process control parameters & standards from the supplier of the Furnaces & auxiliaries.

Design and detailing of complete Automation including programming of PLC , HMI / SCADA, Design and Drawing of Electrical Power and Control cabinets and accessories for all machineries and systems with input of detailed process control parameters & standards from the supplier of the machineries and systems.

Design / Modification / Detailing of Electrical Power & Control Systems for fully / semi-automated machineries and processes as per detailed input-output and control requirements of the client.

Preparation of detailed fabrication & Erection drawings from the assembled / basic drawings of Mechanical & Piping systems / components or other AutoCAD related jobs.

Overall Supervision and Commissioning assistance for execution of small and medium projects, especially of European and US suppliers and consultants.
